1. How long will it take for my order to arrive? 
Junk cases typically ship within 3 to 5 days, while Freestyle junk cases generally take approximately 2 to 3 weeks for shipping. Custom boots have a shipping timeframe of about 3 to 4 weeks. Thank you for your understanding!

2. What is your return and exchange policy? 
Unfortunately we don’t accept returns or exchanges all purchases are final. 

3. What is your cancellation policy? 
Orders must be cancelled within 24hrs to receive a refund. 

4. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item? 
For prompt assistance, please email me or send a direct message on Instagram detailing the issue. A refund will be processed immediately upon receipt of your message. Kindly ensure that you reach out within 24 hours of receiving the item, and include a photo with your message. Thank you!
